CANCELLATION POLICY: Daily and Weekly reservations are paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. However, if your arrival is delayed, we will be happy to change the start date for another time during the Season, based on site availability. When cancelling long-term reservations, $100 of the deposit is refundable when written notice is received at the office at least 60-days prior to start date. There are no refunds for unused rent and subletting the site or your RV is not permitted. You must notify the office if you plan to leave the resort for 30 days or longer. If notification is not received, we will consider the reservation checked out and the site will be made available for new reservations.
Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to extra guest fees and applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
