CANCELLATION POLICY:
Daily reservations require the first night to be paid (non refundable)
Weekly and Monthly reservations require $150 deposit $100 refunded if a 30 day written notice is given.
When cancelling long-term reservations, $100 of the deposit is refundable when written notice is received at the office at least 60-days prior to start date. There are no refunds for unused rent and subletting the site or your RV is not permitted.
You must notify the office if you plan to leave the resort for 30 days or longer. If notification is not received, we will consider the reservation checked out and the site will be made available for new reservations.
